Mrs. Gina M. Misticawi
Biography
Gina Misticawi is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 and RCYT. She became certified through AFAA as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Counselor and Group Exercise Instructor in 1997. She then completed her 200-hour yoga certification through Atlanta Yoga Fellowship/Peachtree Yoga Center under the guidance of Graham Fowler, Ursula Nix, and Kilkenny Walter-Tremblay. Gina is also a Spin instructor with Mad Dogg Athletics and Schwinn and holds numerous other fitness certifications. In 2016, Gina became a Certified Elevated Grounded Teacher under the direction of Amy Haysman, Cheryl Crawford, and Sedef Dion.
Teaching allows Gina to give back to those around her. She truly enjoys helping others find their own sense of self-acceptance and realize their full potential through the practice of yoga. Gina helps provide a safe haven where you can benefit from the grounding, stress-reducing gifts of yoga. She leads a lively, heart-centered practice that builds core strength, flexibility and ease. Gina meets each student where he or she is, and helps each person find their own ideal alignment and unique beauty. She finds the balance between knowing how to challenge students without forgetting who they are. What she loves most about yoga is that anyone, at any age, can practice. Yoga is available to all, no matter what the experience and physical ability…everyone can benefit from the practice of yoga.
In her personal life, Gina is married and has two daughters, Lily and Mia.

Biography
Molly Molly participated in various exercise regimens for years, and after taking yoga classes on and off for 20 years, her authentic yoga journey began in 2018 as her practice deepened. She experienced a transformation, was awakened to the cathartic nature of the practice and decided she wanted to share the gift of yoga with others. She completed her 200 RYT in 2019 under Sheila Ewers of Johns Creek Yoga. As a speech therapist, Molly has served children of all ages and even those with special needs. That led her to also complete her 95 RCYT under Amy Haysman and Sedef Dion through Grounded Kids Yoga in 2019.
Molly radiates the light of love, sees each day as the precious present that it is, and helps others keep eyes & hearts open, as opportunities for joy are on the way.

Tracy Mott is an elementary school educator and yogi. She loves to teach yoga to kids of all ages. Tracy incorporates literature, breath work, games, and life lessons into each class she teaches. She believes that children are the planet’s biggest asset and are to be nurtured, cherished and loved. She teaches a monthly Family Yoga Playshop at Be Yoga Dilworth and also teaches in schools, at museums, and in nature regularly. Her classes are playful, joyful, fun and empowering.

Mandy Noa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Cobb County School District and Program Director for Paint Love, an non-profit agency providing art programming to youth who have experienced poverty and/or trauma. Mandy believes both movement and art together provide youth the opportunity to explore themselves and the world with compassion and curiosity.

I am an Computer Engineering professional with passion for yoga and have practiced yoga from a very young age.

My name is Deepali and it is my belief that every child (and person) can enrich and enhance their life through yoga! From the young age of 6, it was my desire to work with and help children. As an elementary school teacher with a Master’s in Education and 17 years of experience, I understand the issues children face today. I have had the pleasure of educating hundreds of children and guiding them to reach their full potential. EDUCATOR | DANCER | YOGI
Bianca Ramchandani (Rama) is a classical Bharatanatyam dancer and has been dancing both professionally and personally for the past 20 years. Bharatanatyam is an ancient classical dance form from India and was considered a practice of Yoga. Growing up, Bianca began to practice the asanas of Yoga in combination with Bharatanatyam. Her love for yoga and meditation grew over the years. As a result she started to witness the mental, emotional and physical benefits of the practice.
Bianca completed her 200hr RYT certification through Johns Creek Yoga under the guidance of Sheila McVay. Bianca plans to continue her ongoing education in the 300hr YTT program.
