Frequently Asked Questions
What’s included in a Grounded Kids yoga birthday party?
Every party includes a certified teacher leading an age-appropriate, themed yoga class, plus all mats, materials, and props — so you can simply relax and celebrate. Premium themed parties also send each guest home with a special take-home craft tied to the theme.
Do you travel, or are parties only at your studio?
Both. You can celebrate at our Alpharetta, GA studio or have us come to you off-site. We travel throughout metro Atlanta; parties outside the metro area add a $75 travel fee.
How many kids can come, and what ages is it for?
Parties include up to 12 participants and are tailored to the birthday child’s age so the practice fits the group. For premium parties you can add guests for $20 per person beyond 12, and parties over 16 include a second teacher.
What party packages and themes do you offer?
Choose a one-hour themed yoga class (starting at $180) or a 90-minute premium themed party with a take-home craft. Premium parties include a choice of five themes — like the Yoga Hooping Party, Color & Flow Party, and Relax & Renew Party — or you can create your own custom theme.
