Biography
Emily teaches kids’ and family yoga for everyone ages 2.5-grandparents! She first came to yoga herself twenty years ago, and upon becoming a mom a decade ago, realized how beneficial and natural yoga was for her children. Emily started her own business in 2019 which serves children, families, teachers, schools, and individuals through in-person and digital learning environments. She teaches yoga online and in-person, including yoga for anxiety and trauma, yoga for special needs, and personalized yoga.
