Host a Grounded Kids Training at Your Studio

Bring a Yoga Alliance approved Grounded Kids Training to your space. We run the training and handle registration. You provide the room and help us fill it locally and you are paid a share of the profit.

Host a single weekend for Step 1, multiple weekends for multiple steps or a 95 hour certification intensive. We can decide what works best for your studio together.

Yoga Alliance has already agreed our training counts as an elective toward a 300 hour teacher training. The 300 hour school just has to say yes.

What Grounded Kids does

  • Delivers a high quality, professional training that meets the course objectives and starts and ends on time each day
  • Processes all registrations and payments
  • Lists the training and your studio prominently on the Grounded Kids website
  • Advertises the training in every newsletter and on social media in the lead up
  • Sends you training specific fliers and website details within one week of signing
  • Keeps you updated on registrations as they come in
  • Contacts every participant a week ahead with the practical details
  • Pays you a percentage of the training profit or a set amount per registrant within three days of the training

What your studio does

  • Features the training and its registration link prominently on your website
  • Advertises it in your newsletters and on your social media
  • Displays flyers in the studio and nearby if you are allowed
  • Tells us about anyone who asks about the training
  • Opens the studio 30 minutes before each day begins
  • Provides a clean, comfortable space for the agreed dates and times
  • Provides the props a studio usually has plus a few extra mats
  • Provides drinking water for refills. Hot tea is an appreciated extra
  • Keeps the bathrooms stocked
  • Has a list of nearby restaurants and coffee shops plus lodging if people are travelling in
  • Gives us shelf or small table space for extra Grounded Kids products during the training. You can let us sell directly or buy at wholesale and sell them yourself

Enrollment

Start early. Three months is the minimum. Six to nine months is much better. It keeps the whole process smooth and means nobody has to rush.

We need eleven people. If fewer than eleven are registered two weeks before the training we reserve the right to cancel.

Income split

You are paid a percentage of the training profit or a set amount per registrant. Which of the two and how much is what we work out together.
