Through gentle movement, breath, and imagination, young students explore yoga in a playful and nurturing space. Ms. S fosters confidence, calm, and body awareness with developmentally appropriate poses and creative exploration. Each child will receive a brand new deluxe yoga mat & strap to keep and bring to school on yoga club day!

Yoga Club gives students a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with purpose after school. Each session blends yoga poses, breathwork, and playful structure to support focus, flexibility, and emotional regulation. Students are encouraged to explore at their own pace in a supportive and consistent environment.
