This 10 hour Grounded in the Classroom course provides professional educators with Grounded lesson plans and curriculum integration tips so that they can incorporate yoga into their classroom on a daily basis to improve academic performance, social interactions, self-esteem, emotional awareness and self-regulating behaviors. The tools aid in classroom management by teaching the kids certain yoga poses and breathing techniques that enable them to control their energy and improve focus and concentration.
