Yoga Club gives students a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with purpose after school. Each session blends yoga poses, breathwork, and playful structure to support focus, flexibility, and emotional regulation. Students are encouraged to explore at their own pace in a supportive and consistent environment.
This class supports growing bodies and big feelings. Ms. S guides students through grounding poses, focused breathing, and creative self-expression to build balance, self-regulation, and classroom-ready calm. Each child will receive a brand new deluxe yoga mat & strap once per school year to keep and bring to school on yoga club day! Tuesdays First...

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Grounded Kids Yoga provides in-person and online training, professional development workshops, and ongoing support for educators, parents, and clinicians. We specialize in kids yoga, mindfulness, social-emotional learning (SEL), trauma and pain management, emotional regulation, and impulse control for preschool through high school students.
