Upper elementary students are invited into deeper practice with mindful movement, strength-building poses, and tools for emotional awareness. Ms. S creates a supportive space where students grow confidence, clarity, and practical self-regulation tools. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Grounded Kids Yoga provides in-person and online training, professional development workshops, and ongoing support for educators, parents, and clinicians.
