Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Grounded Kids Yoga offers in-person and online trainings for educators, parents, and professionals. Our programs integrate yoga, mindfulness, SEL, trauma-informed teaching, pain management, emotional regulation, and impulse control strategies — designed for students from preschool through high school.

We support thousands of kids and teens each year through school partnerships, after-school yoga clubs, Girl Scout and 4-H events, summer yoga camps, and studio classes nationwide.
