I began practicing Yoga in college and have always come back to it throughout the years to experience its wonderful mind, body and spirit benefits.

My degree is in Education and I enjoy teaching children, teens and adults. I especially love working with young people.

As I have spent my second career in the life insurance industry, I understand more than ever how precious life is and that we need to make the most of it.

By helping yoga students to have fun while at the same time learning to improve their focus, body awareness and coping skills, I hope to make the world a kinder place.
