The Sarah Smith Yoga Club gives students space to reset, connect, and build confidence after school. Each session blends breathwork, movement, and developmentally aligned poses to support focus, emotional awareness, and calm energy throughout the week.
Classes meet on Tuesdays from 2:15 to 3:30 PM, beginning September 9 and ending December 2. There is no class on October 14, November 4, or November 25.
