Morningside Yoga Club

The Morningside Yoga Club gives students a space to move, breathe, and build self-awareness after school. Each session blends developmentally aligned yoga poses, breathwork, and playful movement to support focus, regulation, and emotional confidence.
Classes meet on Thursdays from 2:15 to 3:30 PM, starting September 11 and ending December 4. There is no class on October 16 or November 27
