Warren T. Jackson Yoga Club

The Jackson Yoga Club gives students a weekly space to breathe, move, and reset. Each session blends developmentally aligned yoga poses, breathwork, and mindful movement to support focus, confidence, and emotional regulation. Whether stretching in silence or sharing a favorite pose, students are invited to participate in ways that feel grounded and authentic.
Classes meet on Wednesdays from 2:15 to 3:30 PM, from September 10 to December 3.
There is no class on October 15 or November 26
