Biography
Emily teaches kids’ and family yoga for everyone ages 2.5-grandparents! She first came to yoga herself twenty years ago, and upon becoming a mom a decade ago, realized how beneficial and natural yoga was for her children. Emily started her own business in 2019 which serves children, families, teachers, schools, and individuals through in-person and digital learning environments. She teaches yoga online and in-person, including yoga for anxiety and trauma, yoga for special needs, and personalized yoga. Biography
Emily is a Grounded Kids and Kundalini yoga teacher. She is passionate about people, yoga, nature and creating art out of castaway objects. She loves to bring these things into her own practice and into her teaching.
