Speak Easy
The Speak Easy series is correlated with the 5th Chakra, Vishuddha or the “Sound” chakra. Anatomically centered in the throat, it bridges the body and mind so it is related to talking and self- expression.
Balance Beam
The Balance Beam series is correlated with the 4th Chakra, Anahata or the “Air” chakra. It is related to our ability to feel centered and peaceful. When our fourth Chakra is open and balanced we are loving, compassionate and harmonious with others.
Twist and Shine
The Twist and Shine series is correlated with the 3rd Chakra, Manipura or the “Fire” chakra. Anatomically it is centered at the Solar Plexus. Also known as the power Chakra, it rules our will power, independence and energy level. When this Chakra is open and balanced we have sufficient self esteem and feel in control of our lives.
