I am an Computer Engineering professional with passion for yoga and have practiced yoga from a very young age.
Yoga, for me, is not just about the poses, it’s about creating a space where we can connect with ourselves, both physically and mentally.
Yoga practice has helped me find balance, strength, and calmness both on and off the mat.
I believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can explore their practice at their own pace. I am certified in teaching:

Hello!
My name is Deepali and it is my belief that every child (and person) can enrich and enhance their life through yoga! From the young age of 6, it was my desire to work with and help children. As an elementary school teacher with a Master’s in Education and 17 years of experience, I understand the issues children face today. I have had the pleasure of educating hundreds of children and guiding them to reach their full potential. As a certified yoga teacher, I have the privilege of guiding my students to wellness and balance of mind and body. It has been my experience that through yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, we are ALL capable of finding center and
getting back in touch with our innate state of joy!
