I LOVE Grounded Kids Yoga and HIGHLY recommended their trainings and products! I did a 95 hour Grounded Kids teacher training in 2013 and it was one of the best decisions of my life. Amy Haysman and Sedef are both incredible yoga teachers and mentors. I regularly utilize what I learned in the Grounded Kids teacher training in my work with both kids and adults, on and off the mat! The Grounded Kids program is extremely well done. It's not a "fluffy" take on kids yoga; rather it's rooted in the deep essences of yoga philosophy and science. It blends aspects of Hatha, Kundilini, and laughter yoga traditions in a purposeful, accessible, and fun way for kids of all ages to reflect on how they want to step more mindfully and more intentionally into their power.

I love the Grounded Kids yoga pose cards, pose stickers, and games! I introduced the Grounded Kids methods and cards (84 complete set) to a 200 RYT friend whose studio has a partnership with a school in Cambodia. Last year, as part of this partnership, she utilized the Grounded Kids yoga cards with the students at the school! They loved the illustrations and the partner poses were a big hit!! This friend loved the Grounded Kids pose cards so much, she bought a set to use with her own children at home and Grounded Kids generously donated an additional set for her to leave with the school in Cambodia when the studio returns this year! I can't recommend Grounded Kids enough for all your kids yoga needs!!!!
