In our trainings, you will learn how to:

  1. conduct a Tune In at the beginning of the day and leave your students feeling confident and calm at the end of the day.
  2. lead 5 different styles of guided visualizations.
  3. guide your students through a variety of breathing exercises for specific outcomes.
  4. teach group and partner yoga poses that encourage cooperative learning, teamwork and positive peer relationships
  5. practice restorative justice in the classroom which encourages students to take responsibility, listen actively to each other and find mutually agreeable solutions.
