Kids yoga is suitable for children of all ages. We offer Pre-Grounded classes for ages three to six years old with modified poses and age appropriate meditations and mindfulness activities. These classes last between 15 and 45 minutes and include special music, yoga flows and games to keep them engaged. For tweens and teens, we offer age-appropriate themed classes and include opportunities for self-reflection, peer interactions, challenging sequences, and longer periods for relaxation and rest. All of our poses have suggestions for modifications and enhancements so each child can practice according to their developmental needs and abilities.
