  4. Incorporating evidence-based practices like Grounded Kids Yoga which includes mindfulness, breathing techniques, yoga and positive reinforcement to promote emotional well-being.
  5. Learning trauma-informed strategies like the ones we teach for supporting students who are experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges.
