We suggest ages 7 to 11 for Grounded Kids classes, ages 3-6 for Pre-Grounded, and ages 12-14 for Grounded Teens. We highly recommend Grounded Family yoga where kids and their grown-ups practice together. Many of our teachers enjoy teaching Grounded Grown-Ups and even bring our poses and methods to senior centers.

If you are unable to attend a training we offer a refund minus $50 processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the training, tuition is applied to another training date at any location within one year.
We now offer live Zoom online trainings that are 100% approved for the 95 hour Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher Certification through Yoga Alliance. Please fill out the contact form if you would like to host a training where you live. We even travel internationally! We will reply asap!
