Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Grounded Kids offers in person or online trainings and professional development workshops on yoga, mindfulness, SEL in the classroom, trauma, pain management, emotional regulation, and impulse control for preschool through high school age students. We serve thousands of kids and teens yearly in schools, after school enrichment yoga clubs, yoga camps, Girl Scouts, 4-H conferences and yoga studios.
