Grounded Kids has trained hundreds of instructors across the globe who offer yoga classes for kids and teens at schools, studios, and more. Our yoga program teaches children early on to tune into their energy and channel it in positive ways that ultimately bolster self-esteem and foster self-regulation.
Through practicing yoga and embodied mindfulness, children learn how to relax when feeling stressed, focus when distracted, and be both flexible and resilient in their body and mind.
