Grounded Kids yoga allows children to learn about themselves in new ways so they can skillfully navigate the ups and downs of life. Our kid-friendly yoga poses, purpose-driven yoga games, mindset meditations and breathing techniques are so engaging that even after one class our students are motivated and able to practice at home.

Children will receive their own yoga mat and strap to take home and bring to class each week. Cost includes other dynamic Grounded Kids yoga supplies for keeps.
