This class is for children who want to have a fun and impactful time understanding how to:
• Ground when you feel unsettled. • Energize when feeling sluggish. • Focus when you are distracted. • Gain confidence and self assurance • Own your power and use it wisely. • Release stress and anxiety that builds up in the mind and body during these challenging times.
Grounded Kids yoga allows children to learn about themselves in new ways so they can skillfully navigate the ups and downs of life. Our kid-friendly yoga poses, purpose-driven yoga games, mindset meditations and breathing techniques are so engaging that even after one class our students are motivated and able to practice at home.
