Fernbank Elementary Yoga Club

For Spring 2019 we will be offering two days to choose from:

MONDAYS 2:30 to 3:45:  Grounded in Peace for Grades K-2

Practice stress relief and emotional balancing. Clear your mind with mantras, mudras and breathing techniques.  Learn how to self sooth and relax. Expect gentle poses, longer visualizations and resting time.

WEDNESDAYS 2:30 to 3:45:  Grounded in Color for Grades 3-5

Cultivate inner awareness and how to be your best self in the world. Learn sequences of yoga poses that you can teach to others.  Earn bandanas as a symbol of mastering levels with flying colors.Expect creative sequences, challenging poses and energetic movements.
