(includes materials,students are asked to provide their own yoga mat)

This fun and playful yoga club is the perfect way for kids to practice valuable skills that last a lifetime. Kids who practice yoga have less anxiety, manage stress effectively, sleep better, crave healthy food, focus and concentrate longer, get along better with others and have a deep and true sense of who they are in the world.
