Biography

Heather is a Certified Grounded Teacher & Trainer in Charlotte, NC. She and her teaching partner, Lee Darling, have helped to expand the Grounded program to schools, before & after-school programs, home schools, gyms, resource & community centers all across Charlotte and continue to host trainings annually. Heather lives with her husband and two teenage daughters who inspire her practice and play daily. She is also a Certified Baptiste Power Yoga teacher at Yoga One in Plaza Midwood, where she has introduced a thriving kids yoga program, as well. Her specialties include:
